Shipping is a flat rate of $5.50, that's if you buy one gorgeous necklace or if you buy the whole set.

Your Bflirty purchase will come to you in a lovely organza keepsake bag, and for an extra $3 we will also add our matching giftwrap.

I securely pack each piece to withstand our wonderful postal services and have not had a single item damaged yet, but in the unlikely case that something does happen we will be happy to arrange an exchange or refund.


Returns & Exchanges:

We want you to be thrilled with your Bflirty purchase. If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us at bflirty@gmail.com and we will arrange to exchange or refund your purchase. Shipping is NOT refundable.

~ Please email us at bflirty@gmail.com BEFORE returning your items stating the order, which item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason. We will not process returns without a prior email.

~ To receive a refund, items must be returned in their original packaging and shipped back via insured mail. Please insure for the price of the jewelry, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.

~ After 14 days from receipt of purchase, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

~ Please note that custom orders, earrings and sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
